Projector
RAG-based project management system to empower independent and small agency project managers.
Projector turns meetings, documents, and connected apps into structured project work. It combines configurable AI workflows, semantic search, task management, and team collaboration in a single multi-tenant application.
AI-Powered Document Processing
Capture and transcription: Record meetings in the browser or import recordings and transcripts from Zoom, Google Meet, and Slack.
Configurable AI workflows: Organizations define workflows for summaries, status reports, action items, and multi-step document processing tailored to different project types.
Human approval: AI-generated content remains a draft until reviewed. Every task retains a link to its source document.
Intelligent Search and Integrations
Semantic search: PostgreSQL and pgvector enable searches across project history by meaning, not just keywords, while respecting user permissions.
Flexible AI infrastructure: Interchangeable drivers support OpenAI, Google Gemini, and self-hosted Ollama models. AI usage is tracked by organization.
Connected workflows: Slack commands create tasks, log events, and retrieve reports. Integrations support Google Sheets, Google Docs, Dropbox, Word, and Excel.
Project and Team Management
Task coordination: Kanban boards and task dependencies help teams manage execution, with dependent schedules adjusting when upstream tasks slip.
Multi-tenant architecture: Organizations, clients, role-based permissions, and team invitations support multiple customers within a single application.
Real-time collaboration: WebSockets deliver live updates in the browser, while invitation tracking reports email delivery and opens.
Engineering and Quality
Built with Laravel 12, PHP 8.4, Vue 3, and Inertia, Projector uses Octane for application serving, Horizon for background jobs, and Reverb for real-time updates. The codebase is backed by more than 1,500 automated tests and PHPStan at level 9.
